OUR CLOSING WORKFLOW
Your Marketing Team believes transparency is one of the single most powerful tools in business, so we're bringing you in on our process so you know what happens the second you hit 'SUBMIT' on a video request form.
The moment you submit a closing request (at least one day before the big day), you’ll get a confirmation via email and Teams so you know we’re on it. As soon as your request comes in, we get to work creating your custom closing graphic—that’s why it’s so important to submit by 3PM the day before! If it comes in after that deadline, we’ll still celebrate you, but you’ll receive a general closing graphic instead.
On closing day, we’ll capture the moment with photos and video (if applicable)—your photos will be delivered the same day, and your video will be ready within 3 business days. You’ll get your photos uploaded to both Dropbox and Zenfolio for easy access and sharing, and your video will be sent straight to your Dropbox with a direct link. It’s quick, easy, and designed to make you and your clients shine!
